1. How much does it cost to have Boca Raton Pawn list my item for me?
• Nothing! Boca Raton Pawn only charges you if your item sells.
2. What does Boca Raton Pawn charge if my item sells?
• Boca Raton Pawn charges you for 2 things**:
• a percent (20%-35%) of the final sale price depending on the item and
• ii. the "final value fee"
3. What is a final value fee?
• a. The final value fee is a percentage of the final sale price that eBay charges for selling your item. It is usually between 2%-10% depending on the item. The final value fee is a fee that everyone who uses eBay to sell their products must pay.
4. What if my item doesn't sell?
• a. If your item does not sell the first time around we will consult with you and come up with another selling strategy; then we will list the item again. If it does not sell a second time you have three options:
1. You can pick up your item and try to sell it on your own
2. You can continue letting Boca Raton Pawn try to sell it for a small fee each time, or
3. Boca Raton Pawn will offer you a cash price to buy your item from you.
5. Do I need to bring my item to the store?
• a. Yes, because Boca Raton Pawn takes care of the shipping process for you, we need to have the item. We ship all of our sales within 48 hours of the item being paid for and therefore need to make sure we have the item on hand ready to go.
6. How do I know if you will sell my item?
• a. Boca Raton Pawn will sell 99% of what you have. Exceptions include any fake or fraudulent items (like a fake Rolex), hazardous materials, etc... Other than that Boca Raton Pawn should be able to sell your item.
7. I'm not local but I want you to sell my stuff on eBay. What do I do?
• a. Simple, just mail us your stuff! As long as we have your stuff in the store we can list it on eBay. All the same fees and charges apply.
