Linde Werdelin is a Swiss based watch company founded in 2002. While 12 years might seem like a long time to be in business, it is nothing in the luxury watch game. All Linde Werdelin watches are mechanical watches designed to be able to carry digital instruments. The two digital instruments they make today are called The Reef (for diving) and The Rock (for land). All of their watches are Swiss made, however, the digital instruments are made in house in Denmark. The distinctive feature of Linde Werdelin watches is their 3-D design. They craft a skeletonised case, drilled and shaped to lighten the watch, increasing the watch sport aspect. Linde Werdelin is most famous for their DLC black carbon watches. They were introduced in 2008 and sold out immediately.
Linde Werdelin combines a high end watch design, with a great mechanical movement, and digital instruments to create a visually stunning watch. It is truly an innovation in the watch community. As the years continue to pass Linde Werdelin is sure to be a big player in the high end sport watch market.
