Apple Plans of Giving Live Preview of Watch
The newest phenomenon that was just announced this past September, the Apple watch is now making a break through in Paris during Paris Fashion Week. Although PFW started September 24th, this Tuesday Apple is giving a live preview of their newest line, watches. Only in Paris though…
Starting in Paris, France the Apple watch will be doing an “open to the public viewing” of the Apple watch! Take your best guess at where the watch would be shown. If you guessed an Apple retail store you are very, very wrong! Ever heard of Colette? We hadn’t until today. Colette is a retail store that is approximately 8,000 square feet. Includes a water bar with over 100 brands of water, a book shop, and exhibition space. The clothing and accessories hotspot is located on Rué Saint- Honoré. There is a line of museums and cool spots all down the road!
The watch will be displayed during normal business hours, 11 am – 7pm Paris time. The store is calling it a “one day only experience”. Neither Colette or Apple have confirmed that Colette will sell these watches when they are officially released, but there has been speculation that the sleek electronic company would like to be a part of the Colette world.
The official release date is early 2015 and starting at 395. There is a watch model, sport model, and a watch edition. There is also an option to have a plated gold model.
Whatever the innovative company decides to do, we are very very excited to see the watches exhibited for the first time ever in person!
