New Roberto Coin Jewelry Boca Raton
Roberto Coin has quickly risen to the upper echelon in the world of high end designer jewelry Boca Raton. The brand Roberto Coin was only introduced in 1996 and now is mentioned with the likes of Cartier, Tiffany, David Yurman, and more. Roberto Coin uses a lot of seductive art and nature in his pieces. You can usually tell it’s a Roberto Coin piece by the use of a ruby embedded in it somewhere. They don’t have a traditional stamp but use a ruby in its place. There is an ancient Egyptian legend that when touching the skin the ruby brings the wearer health, happiness, and good fortune throughout their life. Each year Roberto Coin introduces some new flagship and limited edition pieces. Some of the new designs for 2015 are absolutely amazing. Below is what we’ve seen from them so far this year.
1. Falco Ring
This Falco ring is part of the limited edition Animalier collection. It is a cocktail style ring in the shape of a Falcon. It features black, brown, and white diamonds with a black jade for the bird’s eye. It is crafted in 18k rose gold. The word Falco is Italian for, you guessed it, Falcon. The ring is a statement piece that will definitely start conversation and draw attention.
2. Spider Ring
Roberto Coin loves the use of animals in his jewelry, even when that includes insects. This gorgeous cocktail ring features a 62 carat blue topaz set underneath a giant spider! The scene of the ring makes it look like a spider crawling across the tops of flowers. The ring itself is crafted with 18k black gold and has sapphire, citrine, rubies, amethyst, black spinel, and natural green garnet.
3. Drop Earrings
Not only does Roberto Coin love to use animals he loves to create scenes. Just like in the spider ring, he likes to put these animals in places he thinks they might be in real life. In these drop earrings there is a forest scene set behind a white topaz. It also features diamonds, tsavorite, and green amethyst set in satin finished 18k yellow gold. Also in the setting keeping the stone set is a frog and dragon fly.
4. Garden Collection Pendant
This stunning pendant is from the Garden collection. Again the use of animals is used in this piece. There is a dragon fly at the bottom right hand corner set in diamonds. The main attraction on this pendant is a large blue topaz. The pendant also features tsavorite, orange sapphires and white diamonds. The pendant and chain are both 18k satin-finished yellow gold.
5. Circle Pendant
This is a circle pendant designed specifically for Valentine’s Day. It is from the popular popular Pois Moi collection. It is set in 18k white gold and features pave diamonds throughout.
6. Black Jade XL Collection
The Black Jade XL collection features black jade that is much larger than the original black jade collection. The pendant above features a large black jade surrounded with white diamonds and set in 18k yellow gold. True to the Roberto Coin design, it is not just a true rectangle or square. It is rounded and angled in certain places that gives the piece a certain degree of sexuality.
