Best Halloween Costumes for 2012
As the month winds down we are getting closer and closer to October 31st, and you know what that means…Halloween! Halloween is one of the most celebrated holidays in America. Things like ghosts, monsters, spooky stories, and even candy are always associated with Halloween. In the upcoming weeks we all have to decide what we want to dress up as.
Every year it seems costumes become more and more involved. It used to be that a simple sheet with two holes poked out was good enough. Well not anymore. ere are the best Halloween costumes for 2012 that I’ve seen.
First is the “carrying your own head” costume. This is one of the best. If you look quickly it really does look like he’s carrying his own head. It’s only after a little examination that you realize the shirt is built up above his shoulders and he’s standing normally. Nevertheless, it’s a cool costume.
Second is the penny. It’s an easy costume to make. All you have to do is get a fake beard, paint your face copper, and make a giant penny! It’s a great costume except that people to your left won’t know what you are. It is very funny though and well thought out.
Finally, my favorite is the Aaahh!!! Real Monsters costume. We all remember that show from Nickelodeon when we were kids. The monster who had no head so he had to hold his eyes in his hands. I remember for his defense he would lift his arms and his arm pits would emit a horrible stench. I wonder if this guy smells too?
As you can see Halloween is a great time to dress up and act funny. It doesn’t matter what costume you wear as long as you have fun.
