- Contact Lenses that Show Your Text Messages: Belgian researchers are trying to develop a spherical LCD display that can fit onto a contact lens, allowing you to check text messages or respond to an email in the shower, for example. How cool is that?
- Lifelike Kenshiro Robot: Researchers at the University of Tokyo have made a 110-pound, 5-foot-2 robot named “Kenshiro,” which looks like a 12-year-old male, with a body that mirrors almost all of the major muscles in a human.
- Robot Bartender: To make your flying experience more pleasurable, airlines now have an automated bartender called Skytender Trolley that works like a soft drink dispenser at a fast-food joint.
