Audemars Boca Raton

The Audemars Survivor has a cool all black look.

For decades the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak and Royal Oak Offshore models have been incredibly popular.  The octagonal shape of the bezel gives the Royal Oak its distinct look.  There are smaller versions for ladies, and larger versions for men.  Some are made from stainless steel and some from gold.  However, there is one Audemars Boca Raton that stands alone from the rest.  That is the Royal Oak Offshore “Survivor”.

The Survivor is the coolest looking AP by far.  It has an all black case, black bezel, black dial, and black bracelet.  It has huge crown guards to protect the chronograph buttons.  It is a military style watch on steroids.

The case, buttons, pusher protectors, and crown are all extremely light black titanium.  The case back is also titanium with a skid proof design to keep it secure on your wrist.  The bottom of the bezel is titanium as well with the top part made from ceramic.  The watch is the lightest watch I’ve held for its size of 44mm.

The Survivor was limited to only 1,000 pieces made.  It’s retail price of $48,600 is a huge chunk of change but is justified by its incredible innovation and design.  The watch is so light end easy to wear yet has a large appearance and is super durable.   It is definitely the coolest watch Audemars Piguet produces.
