Boca Pawn

As a Boca Pawn Shop we are always interested in jewelry making the news.  One thing we can’t wait for every year is the unavailing of last year’s Super Bowl ring!  Today, The Baltimore Ravens ring was introduced, and it’s awesome.  Super Bowl rings always have a lot of bling and are usually super-sized.  The Ravens’ is no different.

The entire face of the ring is pave white diamonds.  In the middle is a purple Ravens logo with diamonds around the border.  In the background you can make out the Lombardi trophy which symbolizes a Super Bowl victory.  The top of the trophy has two larger marquis cut diamonds.  On the left and right sides of the ring it reads “World Champions”.

What I find most interesting about the ring is it doesn’t show the year, date, or even Super Bowl number.  I’m not sure if this is a pre-mature photo of the ring but it doesn’t look like past rings.  If I were a member of the team I would have no trouble remembering the year, but when you’re showing it off don’t you want people to see when you won the Super Bowl?

Anyway, whether the picture of the ring that was released is the final version or not, it is sure to make a statement.  Super Bowl and other championship rings are generally enormous and attract a lot of attention.
