Sell Diamond Boca Raton

A pink diamond supposedly belonging to Napoleon Bonaparte’s niece Princess Mathilde will be auctioned early next month.  Sotheby’s will try to sell the stone May 9th in their Magnificent Jewels and Nobile Jewels auction.  It is called the “Historic Pink Diamond”.  It weighs 8.72 carats and is a VS2 clarity.  It is especially rare because it is a cushion cut.  It is very unusual for a pink diamond to be cut as a cushion.  The stone is one of many that will be auctioned off.  Below is a list of some other notable sell diamond Boca Raton.

This is called the “Sunrise Ruby”, probably because it resembles a sunrise.  It is a 25.59 Burmese Ruby.  It is pigeon blood red which is the rarest hue for a ruby.  It is expected to sell for up to $18 million at auction.

Next is the “Ivresse” necklace.  It is made by Cartier and has more than 190 carats.  It was custom made for the original owner and has a pre-sale estimate of $10 million.

Finally is a Cartier brooch with a 30.23 carat Kashmir Sapphire.  GIA calls its color “velvety and saturated”.  Estimates for this piece are $6 million.
