Louis Vuitton sells hundreds of different models of handbags.  Of all the big designer brands, they have the largest selection.  They have small bags, big bags; expensive bags, affordable bags; colorful bags, dull bags, etc.  But three specific models are their bread and butter: Neverfull, Speedy, and Alma.  The Neverfull takes the top spot because of its functionality, affordability, and style.  It’s a great looking bag, can hold just about anything, and it’s reasonably priced.  The Speedy is second.  It is less practical but still works as an every day bag.  It looks great and is also affordable.  And third is the Alma.  It’s somewhat overlooked but once you know what it is you will see it everywhere.  And unlike the Speedy and Neverfull the Alma comes in the most sizes, colors, patterns, and materials.  Since it comes in so many combinations we are going to compare three different Alma handbags to each other.

1.  Alma BB Epi

This is the Alma BB.  When Louis Vuitton wants to call something mini they use BB.  This is technically the miniature version of the Alma.  It is exactly like the PM, MM, or GM just much smaller.  It has the same shape and proportions.  What makes this bag interesting is it also includes a cross body or shoulder strap.  So instead of wearing it on your arm you can wear it around your shoulder.  This particular Alma is in the black Epi leather which is very popular at the moment.  It includes keys and a lock to keep your valuables safe.  It is a great every day or going out bag.

2.  Alma PM Vernis

Normally the PM is the smallest in the line of handbags, but not in the Alma.  This size is actually fairly large.  It measures 12 inches in length by 9.25 inches high.  It is in the rose florentin Vernis which is absolutely stunning. The Vernis is most similar to patent leather.  It stays true to the Louis Vuitton form with the LV pattern imprinted throughout.

3.  Alma GM Vernis

The biggest model the Alma comes in is the GM.  This bag is big!  It measures 15 inches long by 11 inches high.  The Amarante Vernis is such a cool color.  It looks dark purple in some lights and light purple in others.  Sometimes it even looks black.  It can go with so many outfits because of its versatile color.

The Alma is in the top three of handbags that Louis Vuitton sells.  Right behind the Neverfull and Speedy it is safe in third place.
