After some good feedback from the two watch review videos I did I figure you guys like reviews, so instead of reviewing a watch, I’m going to review a handbag.  I know it’s weird right?  A guy reviewing a handbag!  Hopefully I’ll prove to you I know what I’m talking about.  Sell Handbags Boca Raton.

Today’s featured product is called a Chanel Classic Flap.  This is the Chanel bag every girl wants.  The Classic Flap comes in different colors, materials, and sizes.  But the one we are reviewing today is dark brown which almost looks black, made with caviar leather, silver hardware, and is the “Jumbo” size.  But before we dive into the details, let’s quickly recap last week.

Last week I introduced you guys to one of the coolest items we’ve ever received, the Rolex Midsize Pearlmaster with meteorite dial.  You literally never see this watch so it was a treat to buy it the other day.  It was white gold, had a diamond bezel, and includes the original box and papers.  It is truly a rare watch.  Anyway, if you want to see more of the Pearlmaster visit bocaratonpawn.com/askbrp and search episode 14, or type #AskBRP on youtube and look for episode 14.  Now, let’s take a look at the Chanel Classic Flap.

Here we are ladies and gentleman, the Chanel Classic Flap.  It’s nickname is the 2.55 which is ironic because it was first introduced in February 1955.  So its name is literally its birthday.

The first thing you’ll notice about the bag is the flap of course.  This is what sets it apart from all other bags.  This simple design is what women all over the world want.  This specific bag has one flap, but they also make models with a small second flap that goes right under the first larger flap.  This is for added security.  Inside the flap you will notice a small zippered compartment.  It is a rumor that it was designed to be a convenient place to store love letters.  Cool right?

The next thing you’ll notice on the outside of the bag is the material.  Chanel calls this “caviar” leather.  If you look closely you can see the bumps in the leather.  If it is a more smooth look Chanel calls it lambskin, but this particular bag features caviar leather.  It is a super dark brown that almost looks black in some lights.  In fact a lot of people who first see this bag think it is black, 1. because black is the most popular color and 2. because you don’t usually see this color.

Coming out the top of the bag is the famous chain and leather strap.  You can wear this bag super long across your body by extending the chain all the way out, or you can double it up and wear it more like a shoulder bag.  It’s very versatile.  The hardware usually comes either gold toned or silver toned like in this bag and it will always match the double CC closure.

When you open the bag you will notice there isn’t a whole lot of storage room, but this bag is meant more as an evening bag anyway.  Most women will use this bag for a more high end occasion like a wedding or even, so it will usually only need to hold makeup, cell phone etc.  The leather inside the bag is smooth and there are a couple side flap pockets for easy storage.  It’s hard to see, but every Chanel bag has an individual serial number that matches the authenticity card.  Usually on Chanel flap bags it is on the bottom in one of the corners.  The warranty card guarantees the bag you have is made by Chanel and 100% authentic.
