Chanel Boy Bag Review – Loan Chanel Boca Raton

Welcome back to another edition of #AskBRP.  I’m Seth Marcus and this will be episode number 21!  Today I am going to review a black Chanel le Boy Flap Bag with silver hardware.  I will go over it’s style, functionality, and how it compares with a classic Chanel flap bag.  Then later I will explain how you can use a bag like this as collateral for a loan.  So, let’s have a look.  Loan Chanel Boca Raton.

The first thing I want to talk about is the style of the bag.  Right away the first thing I notice is the clasp.  It keeps in tradition with the double C look but is very different from the clasp on a classic Chanel Flap.  You press the two outside buttons to release the clasp to open the flap.  What I also notice about this particular Boy bag is the design in the leather.  It is actually very similar to a classic flap.  They call this style smooth lambskin.  The chain on a le Boy is much larger and substantial, and unlike the classic flap it has a long leather strap that is meant to be worn on the shoulder.  This is to make it more comfortable for the wearer.  Overall, the design is very similar to a classic flap but these differences are what makes a boy bag a boy bag.

Now let’s talk about functionality.  As with most high end designer brands, functionality seems to come last on the list when they are designing a bag.  Most of the bags I come across are amazing looking but provide little when it comes to function.  The Boy bag I would say has an average functionality rating.  It does fit quite a bit considering it is technically an evening bag.  Unfortunately the flap is usually quite stiff and it is annoying to get things in and out of the bag.  Compared to the classic flap it is a bit less functional because it has less pockets, and no outside pocket on the back for easy access.

If you’re looking for a functional bag, the leBoy is not for you.  But if you’re looking to buy something luxurious that looks amazing the Chanel le Boy in black is your bag.  In fact, it is one of Chanel’s most highly desired bags.  We called a few local Chanel stores and they are completely sold out.  It just goes to show the super high demand a bag like this can bring.  

Finally, I want to explain how you can use a bag like this to get a collateral loan.  Sometimes high net worth individuals need to free up some cash for an investment or to put a down payment on a car.  Getting a collateral loan doesn’t mean you’re poor, it just means you need to bridge the gap short term with some cash.  You can bring a bag like this one to your local high end pawn shop, leave it with them for a short time, and get cash in the mean time.  When you’re ready to get the bag back simply repay the principal plus interest and it’s yours!  A lot of people don’t realize that you can use a Chanel handbag as collateral for a loan!
