As a man, I can speak for most of us when I say, we have all done something a little nutty for a girl. But spending $22,000 on a solid gold shirt is just crazy! Well that’s what this 32-year-old Indian man just did. I can’t believe he actually found a place that made him this shirt. They must have had a lot of gold on hand like gold buyers Boca Raton.
Apparently it took 15 goldsmiths working 16 hours per day to complete the shirt. From working in the gold business I can’t imagine how uncomfortable this shirt must be. Gold is a heavy metal, much heavier than cotton. Hopefully the girl is worth it!
It’s such a fascinating story because usually you would hear about a rapper doing something outlandish with gold, not an Indian business man! However, all things considered $22,000 doesn’t seem like a lot when you think about how much gold is needed to make a shirt. When I first heard this story I figured he spent at least six figures. He must be a good customer.
