The latest watches from Audemars Piguet have been announced, and they are amazing! Some of the new watches include a Grand Complication Royal Oak Offshore in titanium or rose gold, a minute repeater tourbillion movement, and some ladies models with diamonds all over them. However, the one that stands out the most to me is the Royal Oak Offshore Ceramic Diver. This watch is going to be huge for Audemars Boca Raton.
Cosmetically the watch is absolutely stunning. It has a black ceramic case that measures 42mm in diameter. The black dial is the classic AP tapestry which adds some character to the watch. The black inner bezel ring, which is orange in the dive zone (12 to 3), rotates. It allows you to time your dive perfectly. The back of the case has a sapphire crystal to display the beautiful AP 3120 movement. And the case back itself is made from titanium. The bracelet is a black rubber bracelet with a titanium pin buckle.
Functionally, the watch does everything you need it to. It tells the time, shows you the date, and times your dive. It’s also certified water resistant up to 300 meters (same as the Rolex Submariner). It has a power reserve of 60 hours.
The retail for this new diver is $21,800. It sounds like a lot but Audemars typically discounts 10-15% off the retail price. This watch is sure to be a huge hit for Audemars Boca Raton with its classic style and design.
