Van Cleef & Arpels Boca Raton
The French jewelry, watch, and perfume company Van Cleef & Arpels Boca Raton was founded in 1896 Salomon Arpels and Alfred Van Cleef. Their first boutique opened in 1906. Their second generation took over their business. The Arpels immigrated to America and opened their boutique in New York on 5th avenue. The company later on became the first French jewelers to open boutiques in Japan and China.
Despite numerous economic crises, the value of their pieces held up. Their first fragrance came out in 2008 and become very popular so the line continued. Their house emblem is the four leaf clover, which is a symbol for love, luck, fortune, and health.
Their house emblem definitely is made for them because even today their brand is still featured at designer’s fashion shows.
