Spot a Real Rolex Boca Raton

We’re back in our quick tips to spot a real Rolex Boca Raton. Wearing a Rolex watch can go one of two ways, and it’s all about how you present your timepiece. A Rolex can be an understated, timeless and incredibly masculine accessory — if you don’t go around throwing it in everyone’s face. Those that wear a Rolex — and want people to know it — will be seen as such, and that’s worse than pairing a Casio with a Brioni suit. Wear a Rolex proudly, because this  brand has become the most powerful in the world, and think of it as merely an extension of your own self.

Since the holiday’s are here, we’re running around trying to find our gifts for ourselves, friends and loved ones but don’t settle for anything but the best. We want everyone out there to feel as classic as the Rolex you wear on your wrist instead of being tricked into getting a fake one. Fake watches in our day and age are more prominent than the real deals half the time and there is nothing more horrendous than finding out you bought a fake Rolex. That’s why we’re sharing these 3 tips to keep you covered with your holiday shopping.

Look for perfectly precise lettering on the dial.

Rolexes are renowned for their perfection. Even small, relatively undetectable defects can be clues that your Rolex Boca Raton isn’t top quality. Examine the lettering on your watch’s dial with a magnifying glass or jeweler’s lens.  Each letter should be perfectly, precisely formed with straight lines and smooth curves.  The spaces between words and letters should be consistent.

IF you notice that any letters seem to be even slightly uneven or smudged under magnification, this is a sign that the watch was made with sub-optimal printing technology and is probably not a Rolex.  It’s also worth mentioning that, obviously, any sort of misspelling is also a dead giveaway that the watch is a fake.

Look for the serial number.

Some expert-made counterfeits won’t be easy to tell apart from actual Rolexes. To spot these, you may need to examine the Rolex Boca raton for the tiny, intricate detail work, which is the hardest part of the watch to fake. To start, try finding your watch’s serial number. This will require you to remove the band.

You can usually do this by pushing the joint holding the band to the watch out of its place with a thumb tack or similarly-sized object. However, if you’re uncomfortable with this, you can purchase a Rolex Boca Raton at our store location and we’ll happily show your eh serial number and if not, have a professional do it for you. The serial number should be located between the “lugs” at the six o’clock end of the dial.

Look for Trademark Violations

We showcased the Rolex 18k Yellow Gold Yachtmaster Watch for this blog post but this last tip pertains to all the Rolex styles out there. As you can see in the picture above, there is an 18K symbol on the back side of the lug. It is common for people who sell fakes to have a seemingly stainless steel Rolex read a gold caret amount on the back instead of the proper 3 digit marking signifying it is actual steel.
